As we look forward to our glorious Monday mayhem, heres a little reminder of what Music has brought for us in the past years.

2006: The 48th Annual Grammy Awards were held at The Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

2005: Kylie Minogue was voted the world’s sexiest woman in her thirty’s by UK Magazine ‘Good House Keeping’. Leaving Madonna at No.7 and Sharon Osbourne at No.3 in the over fifty’s section.

2001: Eminem made his Live UK Concert Debut when he appeared at The Manchester Arena.

1998: This years Brit Awards winners included Finley Quaye for the Best British male Artist, Shola Ama for the Best British Female Artist, The Verve for the Best British Group + for Best British Album                   (‘Urban Hymns’), The Prodigy for the Best British Dance Act, Stereophonics for the Best British Breakthrough Act, Spice Girls for the Best Selling British Album Act, Jon Bon Jovi for the Best                       International Male, Bjork for the Best International Woman and U2 as the Best International Group.

1992: UK Group Right Said Fred started a three week reign at No.1 on the US Singles with ‘I’m Too Sexy’, the hit was a No.2 in the UK chart.

1990: US Singer Del Shannon died of self inflicted gunshot wounds.

1975: Bob Dylan went to No.1 in the US Album Chart with ‘Blood On The Tracks’, His second US No.1 album.

Iglu & Hartly to start touring?

US Rockers Iglu & Hartly are set to perform a string of gigs during their tour later this month. The band who are set to perform at dates In the UK and Ireland use the idea of a tour as their follow up to their debut album which was released last year ‘& Then Boom’. The tour will kick off in Portsmouth followed by dates in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Aberdeen. Iglu & Hartly will play:

Just Jack to Reappear?

After staying out of the public eye for quite a while now, Just Jack is planning on coming back with avengance as he gets ready to tour and to release a new single and album.  The ‘Starz In Their Eyes’ rapper is preparing for his three date tour which starts in the mid days of March. Jack then goes on to release his single ‘Embers’ on March 30th. Shortly after,  his album ‘All Night Cinema’ is set to be released April 6th. The Singer will play:
