As were approaching mid week, heres a little something to tell you what’s been happening in Music over the years.

2008: Amy Winehouse won five Prizes at this years Grammy Awards, including ‘Song Of The Year’ and ‘Record Of The Year’, Both For The Singers Most Famous Song ‘Rehab’.

2005: ‘The Who’ Singer Roger Daltrey was awarded the CBE by the Queen at Buckingham Palace for Services to The Music Industry.

2004: Diana Ross was sentenced to two days in jail after pleading ‘No Contest’ to a drink driving charge.

2002: Enrique Iglesias started a two-week reign at No.1 on the UK Album Chart with ‘Escape’.

1998: Axl Rose was charged with disorderly conduct following a row with a baggage handler at Arizona Airport, Rose was later released on bail.

1994: Snoop Doggy Dog made his UK debut at London’s Leicester Square Equinox.

1984: Frankie Goes To Hollywood were at No.1 on the UK Singles Chart for the third week with ‘Relax’. Eurythmics had the UK No.1 album with ‘Touch’.

Friendly Fires Announce New UK Tour………….

Friendly Fires are set to tour this April with numerous amounts of dates in london,Glasgow,Bristol and even Manchester!!!! The band who are currently touring with White Lies, Glasvegas and also Florence And The Machine on the  Shockwaves NME Awards Tour are currently continuing their planning to make their April tour extra special for all you lovely Fans out there. Pete Doherty Also Announces Album Artwork…………

Looks like every one’s releasing their forth coming album artwork today, first Green Day and now Pete Doherty both who are totally different genre’s. Pete Doherty recently today announced of what his album artwork will look like (Picture To The Left ). Mr Doherty’s album titled Grace/Wastelands is out March 16th with a ready to go tracklist listed at the end. His forth coming album artwork was created by artist  Alize Meurisse  with some final touches from Pete himself. A we look forward to a solo album of Mr Doherty’s heres a reminder of the tracklist:

Green Day Announce New Album Artwork…………

After just announcing the name of their new album yesterday, Pop Punk Rockers Green Day have revealed their new albums cover sleeve. The trio’s album was inspired by artist Sixten, although the

cover sleeve is based on the artists work the actual drawing looks like a sketch, so really the sleeve looks like an original drawing which to us is very unique, thats why we love Green Day!!!!
