The Hammersmith Apollo McFly Experience 01/05/09.

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , , , on May 3, 2009 by radioo

Hammersmith Apollo McFlyAfter experiencing what was the best night of my life so far, i felt obliged to write this article on the night i went crazy for the Second time at an all important and epic gig from none other then McFly. Venturing all over the British Nation, McFly kicked off their ‘Up Close And This Time It’s Personal’ Tour in Wolverhampton Civiv in late April. With their Pop/Rock Sounds McFly performed in smaller venues, giving fans a close feeling towards them.

We had our tickets checked and then went over to our seats in Row D at the front of the Circle. David Archuleta was the supporting Act for McFly so he was belting out his Tunes to get the crowd moving. Already the standing crowd were being pushed about, some of the girls were even removed from the front as they got too hot.

Then when it struck Ten past Nine, the lights went off and the whole of the theatre cheered and screamed for McFly. At last they came on, kicking off with their first Single off their latest Album Radio:ACTIVE ‘One For The Radio’. The whole crowd was singing and dancing, the atmosphere was awesome. Half way through the show McFly’s own Bassist Dougie Poynter called up the local Domino’s pizza place and ordered a Texas Barbeque Chicken Pizza with extra Anchovies, as well as very fishy. Twenty Eight Minutes later it arrived, Mr Poynter through the pizza into the crowd after the Domino’s Man came on. Everybody cheered.

An unexpected performance of Girls Aloud’s ‘The Promise’, then occurred from McFly, but with a rock feel, it was ace. Ending with Their First ever Release ‘Five Colours In Her Hair’, McFly thanked the crowd for their butt kicking support. Guitarist/ Vocalist Tom Fletcher threw his sweat wiped towel into the audience, a big struggle then came and took over from the crowd. They were fighting like animals, trying to get a ‘Tom’  souvenir. Then the Band ,consisting of Tom Fletcher,Dougie Poynter,Danny Jones and Harry Judd, then piled off the Right hand side of the stage preparing for their next date some where in the British Nation.

Oasis Gig Postponed tonight in Germany?

Posted in Uncategorized on January 19, 2009 by radioo

84_oasis_l071106_02Yes,Its true, Oasis have put off tonight’s gig in Germany after Liam Gallagher was diagnosed with oedema in his Vocal Chords. But never the less, Oasis are still generous enough to let people know that the tickets you bought for tonight have been re-issued for February the 4th. Also on Oasis’s blog (Oasisinet) Noel Gallagher also exclaimed he had a bad cold at the moment which some of you might know about if you saw them preform last night in Hamburg (Noel was coughing nearly his insides out).

The band is still continuing on their tour and will still preform on Wednesday 21st January at Amsterdam’s Heineken Music Hall as scheduled.

Oasis fully apologize the delay on the tour and Noel especially apologizes for his onstage coughing fits yesterday. We Hope You Get Better Guys!!!!
